I work with Sales, Promotions, and News departments to create digital assets including Rich Media and HTML5 Display Ads for clients such as AARP, video for social media and television, as well as custom web pages. I updated the website to align with Nexstar's Corporate Standards as they transitioned to a new site iteration during their organization-wide Web Modernization initiative. I created templates across the Adobe Creative Suite for staff and talent to use with the 8 News Now brand. I design animated, branded stickers on Giphy. I rebranded and currently run the station TikTok account.
As part of the Nexstar "Las Vegas New Year" show, I designed and compiled motion graphics for the Tall Wall and Marquee large format displays at Palms Resort Casino in Las Vegas that were played throughout. This show was played across 7 states and 15 markets, including multiple top 5 and top 40 markets such as KTLA in Los Angeles. Using established branding, I created a series of 16 video clips using Adobe Premiere and After Effects that were displayed through the evening.
I currently run the 8 News Now TikTok, and I post content on Facebook and Instagram for the Promotions department. Using their integrated video management system, I created clips, developed brand consistency, and established a consistent posting schedule. I've grown the account from 700 followers to 17,500.
Created social media templates using the Adobe Creative Suite to distribute among talent along with a social media training I'm administering.
